This is the best way to get help for our hosting clients because, when you login and submit a ticket from your account, we already have your account information on file there and we can easily look it over so that we can start fixing your problem faster!

Please note that we will take care of all paid clients first. When we get time to assist you, we will. We can usually get to you to help within a couple of hours but, if it goes over that, do not be surprised!
